Old-fashioned advertising, like the Italian “Carosello”, is dead. Web 2.0 has changed even the Internet. Consumers are less and less willing to receive one-way messages from a brand above them. Above all, they want to speak their minds and get involved. Someone think that interaction is the key to future. To us, interactive communication is not the future; it’s already here, and we concretely do it every day.
