Old-fashioned advertising, like the Italian “Carosello”, is
dead. Web 2.0 has changed even the Internet. Consumers are less and less
willing to receive above them, one-way messages from a brand. Above all,
they want express their opinions and get involved. Someone think that
interaction is the key to future. For us, interactive communication is not the future; it’s already here, and we concretely do it every day.
