What is WOMMA
WOMMA (Word Of Mouth Marketing Association) is the official trade association for the word of mouth marketing industry. WOMMA's mission is to promote and improve word of mouth marketing by:
- Defining best practices to ensure more effective marketing
- Protecting consumers and the industry with clear ethical guidelines
- Establishing word of mouth as a successful marketing tool
- Setting standards and methods to encourage its use.

IAKI is a member of WOMMA, which is the most authoritative international reference on word of mouth. IAKI plays an active role in WOMMA, as it’s part of the WOMMA Leadership Committee and Research Council.
