Mystery shopping

Sometimes, we feel like 007 secret agents. When our clients need, we prepare initiatives of mystery shopping: assessment, even in anonymity, the quality of some services or products, compliance of buying dynamics , to check their real point-of-sale procedures their point of sale material, and the way their staff usually handle clients, the real store set-up and employee behavior or competition.

The methodologies include personal visits, telephone contacts, e-mail and web, make a purchase and come back to the store.

Operative approach can be as Anonymous programs (the sales channel remain in the dark) but also public programs, used to incentivate the trade.
